Victor Carlo joined Norris George & Ostrow PLLC in March of 2024. After graduating from law school in 2022, Mr. Carlo was employed as an immigration and contracts attorney where he prepared and filed investment-based visa applications for foreign business entities seeking to enter the US market and supported the litigation team in contract-based claims for institutional clients.
Mr. Carlo completed his undergraduate degree and earned a B.S. in Economics and Mathematics at the College of William and Mary in Virginia. He then relocated to Washington D.C. where he attained an M.S. in Applied Economics at Johns Hopkins University while working as a risk analyst for the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. He then went on to complete his J.D. as a merit scholar at the George Washington University Law School. Mr. Carlo was admitted to the District of Columbia Bar in 2022.
